Abstract

The artifacts caused by the eye movement and the blink in the measured brain wave increase the difficulty on analysing the brain wave. In this paper, we removed the artifacts by the blink in the brain wave with Independent Component Analyses, ICA. First, in order to investigate the application method of ICA, we applied ICA to the artificial brain wave. Secondly, we applied ICA to the measured brain wave. © 2004, The Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan. All rights reserved.
