Influence of Financial Factors on Homebuyer's Purchase Decision amid Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract

The different of homebuying factors has induce the real estate developers to offer more attractive residential property to meet the needs and requirement of homebuyers. In this study of research, the focus as identified the financial homebuying factors that could influence on homebuyer's purchase decision amid Covid-19 pandemic in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia. This research intends to collect data through questionnaire. The result had been composed and analyses the feedback and opinion from the residents who are the house owners in Pasir Gudang area. The data will be used to analyze the correlation between demographic characteristics and financial homebuying factors. Most of the demographic characteristics, except Gender and Family Size, have significant influence on financial attributes when it comes to house purchase decision amid period of Covid-19 pandemic.
