Abstract

Cloud Service Provider selection is a multi-criteria decision making problem involving many criteria, which some of them may be conflicting. Alternatives under these criteria are generally assessed by using linguistic terms such as very high, excellent and absolutely low, which includes vagueness and impreciseness. In this paper, the uncertainties in the assessments are handled by interval-valued picture fuzzy sets, and alternative cloud service providers are evaluated by TOPSIS method. Comparative and sensitivity analyses are also applied to show the validity of the proposed method and the robustness of the given decisions. Finally, the paper is completed by conclusions including discussions and future research suggestions.
