UPAYA PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN SISWA MELALUI PROGRAM KELAS KETERAMPILAN TKR (TATA KECANTIKAN KULIT DAN RAMBUT) DAN TOKR (TEKNIK OTOMOTIF DAN KENDARAAN RINGAN) DI MAN 2 NGAWI

Abstract

This study aims to reveal: (1) Mechanisms of Implementation of the SHB (Skin and Hair Beauty) and ALVE (Automotive and Light Vehicle Engineering) Skills Class Program (2) Students’ Enthusiasm for Participating in the SHB (Skin and Hair Beauty) Skills Class Program and ALVE (Automotive and Light Vehicle Engineering). The method of this research uses qualitative methods, and the data is obtained through interviews. The results of this study are: First, this skills class program is held once a week after school. The SHB class is held every Monday, while the ALVE class is held every Saturday.  Each meeting takes approximately 45 minutes. Second, students at MAN 2 Ngawi are very enthusiastic about participating in the skills class program, because they can hone their talents and interests which will certainly be useful in the future.
