This community service was provided information about pregnancy risk factors in adolescents and identified pregnancy prevention rates in adolescents at UPTD Tutuyan Community Health Center, North Sulawesi Province. In this service, there were various problems that need to be prioritized. The method used to determine the priority of the problem using the SWOT method, the USG method and the fishbone method. Counseling on risk factors for early pregnancy is a program that is carried out based on the priority problems obtained. Counseling on socialization of risk factors for pregnancy in adolescence has been carried out well, but there are still some weaknesses, namely the lack of health workers involved in the counseling program and also there are still many incidents of early marriage in the area around Tutuyan, North Sulawesi Province.
