Abstract

In our current, fast-paced society, the terms “work-life balance” and “burnout” have become a part of our daily vernacular. This chapter specifically addresses the challenges faced by women navigating traditionally male-dominated careers and the importance of recognizing the impact gender inequality has on the female workforce. Lastly, suggestions are offered as we strive for gender parity in the workplace.
