In an increasingly informational and global era, small and medium-sized enterprises should explore and practice new joint-purchasing model to prepare for the coming opportunities and challenges. This article builds the joint-purchasing model by analyzing inner and outer environment, sponsor, supplier of the purchasing organization. It provides one of the available opinions of purchasingmodel innovation for the small and medium-sized enterprises in western China.
