How maintenance 4.0 increases productivity

Abstract

Maintenance Management for the Factory of the Future Plant and equipment utilization is increasing. The cooperation of machines and robots with humans is determining the added value of industrial production. This article shows, how the evolution of maintenance provides the technical foundation of industrial production, serving as a driver of efficiency. Three major fields of action are examined: Predictive Maintenance, Mobile Maintenance and Asset Innovation.
