This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Work Culture, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Work Commitment (Case Study of Administrative Staff of Members in the Prosperous Justice Party Fraction of the DPR RI). The research uses a causal quantitative method, namely knowing the influence between the variables studied. The results of the research, Work Culture towards Work Commitment has an original sample value of 0.282 and has a t-statistic value > t-table (2.572 > 1.96). Work Motivation towards Work Commitment has an original sample value of 0.136 and has a t-statistic value < t-table (1.665 < 1.96). Job Satisfaction with Work Commitment has an original sample value of 0.484 and has a t-statistic value > t-table (4.543 > 1.96). Conclusion, Work Culture, Motivation and Satisfaction with Work Commitment have a positive influence on work commitment (Study of Administrative Staff of Members of the DPR RI PKS Fraction).
