Abstract

Soil arsenic pollution is a global problem that seriously threatens human health and environmental safety. Excessive arsenic content in the soil will inhibit the growth and development of plants, kill beneficial microorganisms in the soil, and damage human health after entering the human body through the food chain. This article describes the current status of soil arsenic pollution, the sources of arsenic pollutants, and the hazards of arsenic pollution to plants, microorganisms and human health. And the prospects for the treatment of arsenic pollution were prospected.
