Every teacher should have purpose to make their students become kind, generous and empathetic. To meet the expectation, student have to be taught from early age. Behavior like helping others, or sharing affection, are effectively stimulated at the golden age. The most influential environment to the development of children is family. Parent is the most important social institution in forming good behavior of the children. Not every children grow with their parent. Some because the parent go to other country to get job as migrant worker. Tulungagung is a regency in Indonesia with many people work as migrant worker. The purposes of this research is determining the influence of Parent’s existence to the prosocial behavior, of kindergarten children in Junjung Village, Sumbergempol, Tulungagung Regency. All kindergarten students in Junjung village, Sumbergempol, Tulungagung regency was used to be participant. Mann Whitney test was used to analise the data. The result of this research is there is a significant difference of prosocial behavior among children who have parent live with them, and children who have parent work at the other country as migrant worker. The result indicate that parent have significant influence to the development of prosocial behavior of their children.
