Abstract

As the research object to arresting wires, it is first analysed that the landing(on or off center) model of airplane and the dynamics model of arresting wires under impact loading. Then, the motion equation of arresting wires with displacement vector was deduced. Through the type of aircraft simulated, the interface of software with VS. net was written and the simulation model by the Xtreme programming and the secondary development of ANSYS was established to accomplish the simulation compute and drawing under this environment or simulate the motion and the deformation in and out plane of arresting wires with ANSYS or demonstrate the force process of arresting wires under impact loading or providethe help with the graph of stress and strain for designing, the physical quantity curve that was obtained by the Xtreme programming provided reference. © 2012 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
