Abstract

The increasing amount of web services in global Grid environment brings various interoperability problems to service providers and client application developers. Providing machine understandable descriptions, autonomous agents can adapt client applications to heterogeneous services with little human interference. This paper introduces a multiagent scenario on the Semantic Web to help client applications to invoke heterogeneous services without reprogramming. This paper also presents an example of this scenario. © Springer-Verlag 2004.
