Abstract

Our research aims to aid children with autism improve social interactions through discrete messages received in a waist smart band. In this paper, we describe the design and development of an interactive system in a Microsoft Band 2 and present results of an evaluation with three students that gives us positive evidence that using this form of support can increase the quantity and quality of the social interactions.
