Abstract

This paper examines the fusion of blockchain technology and computer vision in the saffron industry to enhance supply chain transparency, traceability, and quality control. Saffron, a prized spice, faces challenges related to trust and authenticity. By utilizing blockchain for secure tracking and computer vision for objective quality assessment, this research presents an innovative approach to elevate saffron quality production and distribution, fostering sustainability and reliability in the industry.
