To complete projects that successfully meet the needs and expectations of clients and other stakeholders. Many researchers focus only on the internal of contractors and often the common goals are not achieved. The purpose of this study is to confirm the factors that have a positive and significant impact on the success of the project with the ultimate goal on criteria such as quality, cost, time, health and safety of the HSE environment and the satisfaction of the stakeholder. The model was validated through a survey returning 101 completed questionnaires with Generalized Stuctured Component Analysis (GSCA-SEM) as the method of analysis.
