Abstract

Two new species are described, based on study of herbarium specimens: Cyperus bonariensis from the southern Caribbean, closely related to C. caesius, and C. stergiosii, related to C. guianensis, from Venezuela and Bolivia. © 2013 The Board of Trustees of the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.
