Abstract

Analysis of the ICD intracardiac recordings of spontaneous arrhythmia episodes can provide valuable information to formulate mapping strategy. A similar electrogram morphology during VT compared to that of sinus rhythm is suggestive of comparable ventricular activations during VT and intrinsic conduction, and therefore highlights role of the Purkinje system participating in ventricular arrhythmias.
