Abstract

With the development of computer technology and the Internet in recent years, privacy issues of user private data receive much attention. Faced with complex and vast database and new database systems that are constantly emerging, any single tool, module or method would be unable to process data information faster and more effectively, not to mention the protection of private data information. Based on the further development and application of granular computing in recent years, the author focuses on the application of granular computing in data processing and gives an analysis on functions of data mining modules with the integration of granular computing, providing certain reference for establishing new data mining model and protecting private data. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH Berlin Heidelberg.
