Abstract

This paper will present a structured course in student's project design and applications using the concept of Universal Design Learning (UDL). Universal Design is an approach to designing course instruction, materials, and content to benefit people of all learning styles without adaptations or retrofitting. Universal design provides equal access to learning, not just simply equal access to information. Universal design allows the students to control the method ofaccessing information while the instructor monitors the learning process and initiates any beneficial methods. © American Society for Engineering Education, 2009.
