Abstract

This chapter describes the strategies and operative techniques for the management of colonic fistulas to other anatomical structures. Emphasis is placed on perioperative considerations and the approach to the involved structures. Information about indications, preoperative preparation, pitfalls, and surgical strategy and technique is included.
