According to a study by the World Health Organization (WHO), 5% of adolescents in the world are infected with Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs) with symptoms of vaginal discharge every year. In Indonesia, as many as 90% of women experience vaginal discharge and as much as 60% are experienced by young women.. This study was conducted on March – July 2021 at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 3 Agam. The type of this study was descriptive analitical study. The population was 60 students consisted of the second and the third grade of the students. Then, they the samples had been chosen by using total sampling technique. The data were collected through questionnaire. Then, it was analyzed by chi square test. The incidence of vaginal discharge in MAN 3 Agam students was 71.7%. The majority of female students had high knowledge (66.7%), 56.7% of them had poor personal hygiene attitudes and 57.7% of them had negative personal hygiene behavior. Moreover, bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between knowledge (p value = 0.000), personal hygiene attitudes (p value = 0.000) and personal hygiene behavior toward vaginal discharge (value = 0.005). Based on the results of the study, the researcher suggested that the students should increase their insight and knowledge about reproductive health, including attitudes and behavior about personal hygiene in order to improve reproductive health.
