Abstract

This paper responds to Chiarella, Forni, Furia, Lagi, and Pazé’s thoughtful commentaires on my book Per una Costituzione della Terra. I will focus on the following issues: the nature of the constituent subjects; multiculturalism and fundamental rights; the distinction between global governance and guarantee institutions; the problem of peace and the arms race.
