Abstract

If there is anything that characterizes our society today certainly is change. We live in a society where change is part of our daily lives. We have changed our way of relating, communicating, working, shopping, to inform, to learn. But the changes have not come just for the use of technological devices. We can say that we are moving towards a networked society seeking more flexible ways of organizing, horizontal and efficient. A society in which access to appropriate information and knowledge is through circuit more open, accessible and democratic than it was possible until recently. In this paper we analyze the school as a kind of technology innovation. To do this we focus on three elements of analysis: people who innovate, the contexts of innovation and educational innovations themselves.
