Plataforma Digital e Historias Clínicas Electrónicas desde la perspectiva de vinculación con el Sistema Nacional de Salud, Lima 2022

Abstract

The development of technologies with the implementation of platformsdigital and electronic medical records in the national health systemIt is carried out with the purpose of establishing models, norms and standardsto strengthen and develop the mechanisms of the systems thatcontain strategic information from internal and external usersof a health institution in order to offer quality careThe objective is to determine the link between the incorporation of thedigital platform and electronic medical records in the SystemNacional de Salud through descriptive systematic reviewqualitative analysis of the articles, applying the search resultsthrough the Prism Flow diagram. Articles ofjournals indexed in bibliographic databases such as: IEEEDigital library, ScienceDirect, Scielo, Google Scholar, Scopus with thepurpose of having a better classification of information that will providethe development of the studied content. The results show thatthe digitization system with the implementation of HistoryClínica Electrónicas (HEC) tells us that it is used to offer aquality care for the population, through digital platforms,training the multidisciplinary team to reduce resistanceto the change on the part of those involved, likewise it was not evidencedof a short-term road map of the implementation of theplatform and EHR in all health institutions especiallyof the MINSA and Armed Forces and National Police to be able to know thedevelopment of the use of technologies in the health system.
