New Encryption Scheme of One-Time Pad Based on KDC

Abstract

As more and more leakage incidents come up, traditional encryption system has not adapted to the complex and volatile network environment, so, there should be a new encryption system that can protect information security very well, this is the starting point of this paper. Based on DES and RSA encryption system, this paper proposes a new scheme of one time pad, which really achieves "One-time pad" and provides information security a new and more reliable encryption method. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2011.
