Efektivitas Penyuluhan Pengobatan Tuberkulosis Paru Terhadap Pengetahuan Masyarakat di Desa Gunung Terang, Bandar Lampung

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tuberkulosis merupakan penyakit yang menular secara langsung dan disebabkan oleh kuman Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. Droplet menjadi salah satu cara penularan Tb paru yang sangat cepat dan efektif dalam menyebarkan kuman penyakit sehingga penyakit tuberculosis dapat menyebar secara luas dan cepat. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ada atau tidaknya perubahan pengetahuan ibu-ibu di Desa Gunung Terang Bandar Lampung sebelum dan sesudah diberikannya penyuluhan tentang tuberculosis paru. Jenis analisis yang digunakan adalah uji T-dependen dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 14 orang adalah sekelompok ibu-ibu di Desa Gunung Terang Bandar Lampung. Data diperoleh pada bulan Desember 2021. Berdasarkan hasil uji t-dependen didapatkan bahwa nilai p<0,05, p(0,000) secara statistic terdapat perbedaan rerata pengetahuan responden yang bermakna sebelum dan sesudah diberikannya penyuluhan tentang pengobatan tuberculosis paru. Nilai IK 95%, Kita percaya sebesar 95% bahwa pengukuran dilakukan pada populasi, selisih skor pengetahuan sebelum penyuluhan dengan setelah penyuluhan adalah antara -2.179 sampa -1.107, dengan standar deviasi 0,929 dan mean 1.643. Rata-rata nilai pre test (9,36) dan post test (11,00). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari total responden sebanyak 14 orang semua responden mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan setelah diberikannya intervensi penyuluhan mengenai pengobatan tuberculosis paru di Desa Gunung Terang Bandar Lampung, hal ini dibuktikan dari skor kuisoner pos test lebih besar daripada skor kuisioner pre test yang berarti bahwa penyuluhan yang diberikan cukup efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat terkait pengobatan tuberculosis paru. Kata Kunci : Edukasi, Pengobatan Tuberkulosis paru, Pencegahan, TB paru  ABSTRACT Tuberculosis is a disease that is transmitted directly and is caused by the bacteria Mycobacterium tuberculosis. This service aims to analyze whether or not there is a change in the knowledge of mothers in Gunung Terang Village, Bandar Lampung before and after being given counseling about pulmonary tuberculosis. The type of analysis used is the T-dependent test using purposive sampling technique. The research population of 14 people is a group of women in the village of Gunung Terang Bandar Lampung. The data was obtained in December 2021. Based on the results of the t-dependent test, it was found that the value of p<0.05, p(0.000) statistically there was a significant difference in the respondents' mean knowledge before and after being given counseling about pulmonary tuberculosis treatment. The CI value is 95%, we believe 95% that the measurement is carried out on the population, the difference in knowledge scores before and after counseling is between -2.179 to -1.107, with a standard deviation of 0.929 and a mean of 1.643.
