Abstract

In this issue of Blood, Tan et al report that ARIEL (ARID5B-inducing enhancerassociated long noncoding RNA) is a novel enhancer RNA (eRNA) that amplifies oncogenic transcriptional loops in a subset of T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL).
