Abstract

Initiating and traversing one’s career have become increasingly complex and important to people throughout the world who seek survival and meaning through work. Fortunately, over a century of vocational psychology and career development scholarship has produced a wide array of theoretical perspectives that can help practitioners and clients negotiate this process effectively.
