The 1 purpose 1 of 1 this 1 study 1 is 1 to 1 determine 1 the 1 effect of work family conflict 1 and role ambiguity on organizational commitment. The 1 research 1 method used is descriptive verification approach with quantitative data types. The research population was civil servant and non civil servant teachers of State Elementary Schools in Majalengka District, Majalengka Regency, totaling 474 teachers. (1-5). Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear 1 regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and F test with processing 1 using 1 the SPSS 1 1 version 21 application. 1 The results 1 showed 1 that 1 work family 1 conflict 1 and 1 role ambiguity had a negative 1 and 1 significant 1 effect 1 on organizational 1 commitment 1. .
