Abstract

The team has made some progress in areas such as comprehensive use of version control, CI/CD and better capacity planning. But there's still a gulf between the Operations team and the developers, and the decision to prioritize based on flow - not quality - could lead to them getting more bogged down with technical debt and firefighting. Also, their stakeholders are still very disengaged. How will the team face these external and internal pressures?
