Abstract

Graphene-based polymer composite materials (sometimes called ``nanocomposites'') have been studied at some length [822]. They have included those with the following components (this list is cited as illustrative only and by no means exhaustive):Conducting polymers (CPs) such as poly(aniline), poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT), poly(phenylene sulfide), and poly(diacetylene)EpoxiesPolyurethanesPolystyrenesPoly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA)Poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET)PolycarbonatePoly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF)Nafion®; poly($ε$-caprolactone)Poly(lactic acid)Poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA)High-density polyethylene (HDPE)
