Distal humerus fractures can be very challenging injuries. Patient's age, activity requirements, the presence of comminution, and the level of the fracture may increase their complexity. This chapter includes specific information on the epidemiology, the specific challenges these fractures pose, and the favored surgical plan to manage complex articular fractures.
