Implementation of risk management at many building projects has already done, but most risks are still managed in general. This study aims to look a little deeper on the risks associated of the building, especially the down structure. Collecting data conducted on the construction of Tunjungan Plaza 6 which has bored pile foundation and piling. Risk Identification risk from the perspective of the contractor to determine the level of probability and risk impact on performance fees. The results of the questionnaire were analysed by first phase of a risk matrix method to determine the risk rating. Results of the questionnaire the second stage to determine the policy response to the risk, the risk factors rated high risk in the work foundations bored pile and the pile is the collapse of the retaining wall, one analysis of the causes was the stability of the ground less well with the type of response A2, which means the project was accepted and risk controlled with careful planning.
