Abstract

The use of fascial or fasciocutaneous flaps for treating recalcitrant carpal tunnel syndrome has repeatedly demonstrated itself to be a reliable surgical treatment method for resolving severe clinical problems,in terms of pain and functional deficits,that originate directly from a median nerve compression injury,at the carpal level. © 2007 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
