Abstract

Service modeling is one of the key issues for constructing the regional logistics information platform (RLIP). This paper put forward a service modeling approach for regional logistics information platform based on the presently service-oriented system modeling approach. The service modeling approach for RLIP is composed by four steps. Firstly, the function model is constructed based on the RLIP's function requirements. Secondly, the business process model of RLIP is established based on the function model, and the business object model is constructed based on the business process model. On the basis, the service model of the RLIP is established based on the above business object model and process model. Finally, the service interactive model of RLIP is realized by service choreography. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH.
