Abstract

The patient and operative site were identified and marked. He/she was brought into the operative suite and placed supine on the operating table. The patient was induced into general endotracheal anesthesia without difficulty/or the patient underwent regional block of the involved extremity. IV antibiotics were administered. A tourniquet over soft-roll was placed over the injured extremity.
