Abstract

Entrepreneurship are business ideas that contribute socially, however, from university education processes that accompany the student to the creation of the same are not yet exposed, since applying mentoring allows the achievement of proposals focused on problem solving social. In this sense, this research aims to analyze the contributions of mentoring to university education in the training of entrepreneurs. The methodology applied had a qualitative approach under the hermeneutic method, using the documentary technique, selecting texts for thematic consultation, of which inclusion and exclusion criteria were applied, in order to obtain sources with a high academic impact. The results of the research were framed in study categories obtaining that mentoring develops positive skills in students and should be incorporated into the university educational environment, as well as entrepreneurships require the accompaniment of experts and finally, that the university is still in traditionalism. before your application. It is concluded that through mentoring, universities are encouraged to generate open, inter and transdisciplinary educational policies that recognize undertakings with due support to the student for the solution of problems that threaten society
