Efficient physical education method based on multimedia technology

Abstract

Physical education, as a discipline of body building, plays major roles in developing both physical and mental health of students, especially those who are ready for society since they need strong body to deal with various presses faced in work and life because of high requirement of sport technique. How to improve teaching quality of physical education in the interest of students has been an urgent problem that needs the attention physical educators. The application of multimedia to physical education teaching can motivate the interest of learning and improve teaching quality.
