Abstract

Background: The impact of autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) in plasma cell myeloma patients on the frequency, quality, and timing of oligoclonal pattern in serum protein electrophoresis/im-munofixation electrophoresis (SPEP/SIFE) and serum free light chain assay (SFLCA) was evaluated.
