Abstract

Mentors play a critical role in our professional journeys as they help us understand what it means to be, as well as how to actually become, outstanding scholars, teachers, and contributing members of the profession. Being intentional in our roles as mentors enables us to serve our mentees, and the profession, in ways that impact our own future, the futures of our mentees, as well as the future of the profession.
