Arthroscopic ankle arthrodesis has become a reasonable approach to the patient with ankle arthrosis. While technically challenging, this minimally invasive approach can result in less pain and less swelling for patients and can be performed as an outpatient procedure. Outcomes of this procedure have been shown to rival the traditional open approach. The technical aspects of the procedure are described in this chapter.
