Abstract

Today's faculty computer needs are complex. A faculty member needs comprehensive support. More and more faculty are using complex tools such as meeting and collaboration software, learning management systems, and custom research software. These require appropriate security and management to work well in different environments. While some faculty may feel comfortable configuring the complex components that integrate computer, network, and server - other faculty need assistance with this. Providing support in Oeo-Teams ensures high-quality, consistent, professional support customized to the unique needs of each professor. © 2006 Springer Science+Business Media, LLC.
