Emerging technologies have transformed the economy and learning in organizations, so small companies to be competitive must adapt to constant technological evolution. The research aims to correlate the mechanisms that make organizational learning possible with the information and communication technologies (ICT) used by micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs)) in the city of Ocaña, Colombia. The study responds to a non-experimental quantitative approach with a transactional design of correlational scope. The analyzed population was made up of 120 executives of MSMEs, applying a Likert-type information collection instrument of five alternatives. This instrument was subjected to validity and reliability tests. The Alpha Cronbach index is established with a value of 0.897, the prepared questionnaire was also confirmed content validity by means of a theoretical review and the judgment of three experts in administrative areas. The data derived from the application of the instrument were processed in the SPSS statistical software through an analysis of variance and correlation. In the calculations made, a high correlation (75.7%) was determined between the variables analyzed. Similarly. It is suggested that the MIPYMES of the city of Ocaña evolve from traditional technologies towards collaborative and analytical technologies that allow them to venture into new commercialization models.
