Abstract

At present, the constant improvement of IT technologies in the field of energy, natural resource extraction and ecology leads to a constant increase in the number of information tools and, accordingly, the necessary competencies. This trend has led to the problem of the main educational programs of higher education lagging behind the needs of the labor market due to the rapid development of these industries, including due to the long-term introduction of basic educational programs. The described problem is also confirmed by employers who note a decrease in the level of knowledge of graduates of the vocational education system in the field of IT support for processes in the energy sector, mining and ecology. In the article, the authors presented a description of the work of the system for analyzing the requirements of employers for specialists in the field of information technology. Identification of new, relevant and vacancies that have already appeared on the labor market will allow us to analyze and synchronize the requirements for skills and subsequently make changes to the content of the main professional educational programs and disciplines, taking into account the specific needs of employers.
