Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study aimed at identifyng, during the pre-operative visit and more frequently, a nursing diagnosis of clients to surgery cancer. The selected theoretical framework was theory of Ida jean Orlando.In order to reach the proposed objective, na instrument was previously elaborated for data collection. The sample consisted of 20 patients, males and females, who had been sbmitted to cancer surgery. To the ending had been identified, 46 diagnosis nursing: risk for respiratory function modified (95%) of frequency, (high) risk for infection (90%) of frequency.KEY WORDS: Nursing Diagnosis; Perioperative Nursing; Philosophy, Nursing.
