Relationship of Age, Nutritional Status and Immunization Status with The Incidence of Measles in Children Aged 0-5 Years at Meuraxa Hospital Banda Aceh. One of the objectives of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program indicators is to reduce under-five mortality. Infectious diseases such as measles are one of the many causes of death in toddlers caused by viruses. This study aims to determine the relationship between age, nutritional status and immunization status with the incidence of measles in children at RSUD Meuraxa Banda Aceh. This study uses a type of observational analytical correlation research by analyzing and observing the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables retrospectively by looking at medical record data and using a cross-sectional approach. The data obtained were processed using the Social Science Statistical Program (SPSS) and analyzed the chisquare test with a confidence level of 95% (p < 0.05). The results showed that the relationship between age and the incidence of measles obtained a p-value of 0.351 which means there is no significant relationship. In the relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of measles, a p-value of 0.029 was obtained, which means there is a significant relationship. In the relationship between immunization status and measles incidence, a p-value of 0.011 was obtained, which means there is a significant relationship. After analyzing the relationship between age, nutritional status and immunization status with the incidence of measles in children, it can be concluded that nutritional status and immunization status have a significant relationship with the incidence of measles while age with the incidence of measles does not have a significant relationship.
