Abstract

Interest in student satisfaction is well established within higher education (Nair et al., 2011). It is easy to get the impression from the media that meeting the needs of students is very important. Some universities provide a Student Satisfaction guide to demonstrate how satisfied students are with the quality of teaching they receive. This chapter acknowledges that the student satisfaction score is important in providing a glimpse into students' experience during a course or a programme.
