Abstract

In the background of increasing scarcity and consumption of resources, developing circular economy has become an important means of sustainable development In this article, the domestic development of circular economy is analyzed Combining the interpretation of ``The People's Republic of China Circular Economy Promotion Law{''} and the analysis and references of cases in the process of development of circular economy, the paper identify problems in the development of circular economy, draw experience and lessons from those problems, and give proposals about developing circular economy ultimately
