Abstract

In the information based society, e-learning is being magnified as an education environment where produced knowledge is disclosed and shared and new knowledge is produced through cooperation. For e-learning, interaction tools have been extensively conducted to increse learning effects. However, learning related interaction functions are insufficient in learning windows where actual learning occurs. In the present study, a content learning window (CS, web) where users can effectively share learning resources and opinions was designed and implemented. The presented LMS functions is considered to be capable of increasing learners’ interactions in e-learning. The designed LMS will offer better learning environments through reinforcement of users’ interactions, increasing target consciousness, and increasing communication.
